This paper presents the mHealth Predictive Outbreak for COVID-19 (mPOC) framework, an autonomous platform based on wearable Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) devices outbreak prediction and monitoring. It utilizes real-time physiological environmental data to assess user risk. The framework incorporates analysis psychological user-centric data, adopting a combination top-down bottom-up approaches. mPOC mechanism bidirectional Mobile Health (mHealth) Disaster Recovery System (mDRS) employs intelligent algorithm calculate Exposure Index (PEI) Deterioration Risk (DRI). These indices trigger warnings users adaptive threshold criteria provide updates Tracking Center (OTC). provides comprehensive description framework’s mechanisms algorithms, complemented by performance accuracy evaluation. By leveraging IoMT devices, showcases its potential in disease prevention control during pandemics, offering timely alerts vital information healthcare professionals individuals mitigate outbreaks’ impact.
